 Katie focuses on finding your true balance and harmony within the MIND BODY and SELF.  Encouraging Conscious Performance  Breathing and optimizing overall co-regulation.  In her Precision Pointe Breath Coaching Katie uses data-driven brain-based
research and the neuroscience of the BREATH and FLOW STATE. Katie teaches you how to weave Conscious Breathing into your life. 
Katie is a Certified XPT Performance Breath Coach and Certified Life,  Heart Math, and Meditation Coach Katie is also a Certified Master Barre Instructor and holds an RYT 200 Certification in Yoga.  Katie holds a degree in Equine Science with an emphasis on Western Training from the University of Findlay. 
Katie uses breathing techniques to attune the breath, body, and mind in true HARMONY.
